A high quality production such as the one that you have received is a team effort which takes about three months of time to create. Over the months of September, October & November 2009 countless hours were spent creating and reviewing the theme, copy, content, size, elements on each page. The final product is the result of a team effort and I would like to gratefully acknowledge my thanks to the following people for spending their time and resources in creating this year's calendar:
design
Raghu 'Mama' Raghavender - Our friendly, neighborhood creative genius
'Pound' Pavan - The organizational, motivational force behind our neighborhood creative genius
Ravi - The quiet ultra efficient, soft spoken, graphic designer who spent many a sleepless night working on this project
Devraj Sharma - Who spent many a precious hours during his visit to India to inspire, motivate, point us in the right direction and to whom the entire credit for the copy matter goes.
Manjunath - Who printed the calendar and saved the day with his packaging solution. We exploited his workaholic tendencies gleefully to the hilt.
Ramnath Dore a.k.a Dore Saab - Whose email forwards inspired me to choose 'Unknown India' as the theme of this year's calendar.
My parents, wife & children - who put up with my ramblings about the calendar and lent me their quiet support during the odd hours that I have been keeping these past few months.
I am sure you would like to know what my role exactly was in the whole scheme of things, I am still trying to figure that one out inspite of being 'busy' all the while these past three months.
